"Talked with a broker and May I say had the best experience ever having my business insurance. He helped us out with our workers comp,general liability and auto insurance: fantastic job of him explaining the coverage in a simple way. "Bad customer service and I got rid of them as our "exclusive agent." We paid our policies and never received discounts from them or could even get a hold of them. I did receive discounts from just calling Nationwide, instead of Estal. My husband tried calling them 3 times during business hours and every single time no one answered, just heard their message. Well, instead of receiving a voice mail to leave a message, the robotic call kept saying "goodbye," so I guess it is time to say "goodbye" and get rid of them! Bad service when he was even trying to reach them during their business hours."
"My policy was sold to this agency. First time I tried to speak with them about the price hike shortly after them taking ownership I was told they had no control over it and that I needed to contact Nationwide. They refused to acknowledge my concerns and told me to contact Nationwide. Ironically, when I contacted Nationwide and asked questions about my policy, I was told to speak with my agent. Either way, severe lack of professionalism was a turn off and I do not recommend doing business with them as all they want is your money and don't care to actually serve you."
