"This particular agency and her staff have been really great. They always answer the phone with a friendly voice and treat me as if they know me personally. They have answered every question and walked me through any issues. While they are wonderful to work with, American Family Insurance as a whole leaves a lot to be desired. I recently had a large claim on my house and not only was I unable to get a hold of anyone to answer my questions, I never received a refund on one of my expenses.
