"If I could give less I would. Tired of literally nothing being delivered on time. Items will sit at this location for days even a week before they decide they want to deliver it. They refuse to let me pick up the packages claiming they "aren't scanned in yet" even though they've shown on tracking to be at the exact location for days. We go days without mail frequently because the carriers just decide it's not worth doing their jobs. If I could I would have any other delivery service send my mail and packages. What a waste of tax payer money we spend on this "service""

"My carrier Amber is the best. She is not the problem. The issue is when she is gone there is no mail delivery. If I go to the post office to get my mail in person they never have it ready. If they do it’s not all of the mail. One time they told me to come back in the morning at 830 to pick up and they were closed. I waited until 840 but had to leave to go to work. I went there once and they had a sign posted they were closed for lunch from 130 to 230. Another time I went there they were playing music in the back so loud. I could hear a lady talking over the music. She was using a lot of profanity. Thankfully no children were in the lobby. There is always just one person working the counter and there are usually 5 people or more waiting in line. Understaffed or not this place is very unprofessional and the employees obviously do what they want. Again, my carrier Amber is the best. She is not the problem. When my carrier is gone they simply don’t have anyone sub for her. It’s a shame. I hope with all the complaints and bad reviews they will make changes."

"This don’t make no sense … something need to done then they say pick up or drop off but get to the second door and they closed if you don’t want your job I take it sign me up now I have to drive all the way to Raytown just to get stamps"

"I have really tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt. I know the post office has a workforce shortage as well but if it's that bad they may need to begin a restructuring of their business. This location seems to be barely operating. There are days when I've gone over there to mail items and they're closed because they're out to lunch. Everyone is at lunch at the same time where you can't be open for customers? They're also completely closed some days with a sign on the door stating they're closed due to lack of staffing. This makes for an unreliable business for the public they serve and it's highly annoying. For those who sell online it's a huge inconvenience. I really hope they make some positive changes over here, not only for the customers but for the employees as well. You can tell by the vibe of the staff that there are some deep issues that need to be addressed and resolved in order to better position this location for success. Hoping that occurs soon."

"They haven't delivered mail in over a week on Parkwood and I know it's cold but the road is clear and we all have mailboxes on the street in this area. Neighbors haven't seen mail either and they won't answer the phone. I started a service request but haven't heard anything yet. I would go pick it up at the Post Office if I knew it was there but they won't answer the phone."
