"The past office keeps delivering my mail to a different 175 address in town."

"On several occasions, 4 times to be exact, we have received packages that were not ours. And twice now our packages have been “delivered” but are no where to be found. I’ve seen the mail lady put mail into our box, drive away and then pull back up moments later to take the mail back out. I understand accidents happen and there’s a lot to keep up with but it’s becoming a regular thing of never knowing if your getting the right mail or your packages."

"Constantly putting our mail in neighbors mailbox or their mail in our mailbox. They have lost 3 packages of ours and when we called they pretty much have said too bad. Also twice I’ve had outgoing mail in our box with the flag up and come home to find flag still up with outgoing mail still in it."

"The post office lost my dad’s father’s day present. It was very expensive, and I paid for expedited shipping. I waited a week and it never showed. I went in to the post office and waited in line with my newborn to speak to someone. I listened as the worked complained the entire time about being the only person there. When I got to the front of the line she refused to help me find the package. She told me there was a line, she couldn’t do it, and come back another day. So I waited until everyone went through the line. She pulled up the information and it said it was delivered. I explained that I looked up the date and time it said it was delivered using my security camera and there was not a truck in front of my house. She took my information to give to the post master. He never called. A week later, I went back to check on the order again. This time, I allowed everyone in line to go ahead of me as I remembered being told I couldn’t be helped when there were people in line. I waited almost 45 mins. I listened again as the same worker complained that people were coming in close to closing. She said, “People, don’t they know it’s 5?!” I finally got up to the Post Master and explained everything. He pulled up the GPS, and said it was delivered to the wrong address. He said he would have the carrier knock on some doors and would call me the next day. It is a week later and I still haven’t gotten a phone call. I finally did what I should have done in the first place and called the company from which I ordered the product. Within ten minutes, they had placed a new order for free. This time I had them send it directly to my dad to avoid the incompetence of the Pacific post office. I have never encountered such disrespectful, incompetent, unprofessional staff in my life. Very disappointed."

"Every trip I've had to pacific post office was very quick and easy. Employees always very nice. Postal delivery was always as expected when we lived in pacific. I had several large packages delivered that could not fit in the mail box, and the lady actually came to my door with them instead of leaving them on the ground outside which was wonderful! I miss this postal location now that I have moved!"
