"This is a review of Nurse Pract. Melissa Wren. Most awful NP I have ever dealt with. Most NP have been awesome, over the years at any type of doctor that I have seen. Melissa was very rude, wrote some incorrect info in my file about my symptoms (that is important to get correct, but try get it corrected...I gave up on that). She has no compassion and seems to think she knows it all. I did love Dr. Haas when she was working there.... It has been difficult to get calls returned from this office in the past. I hope they are doing better nowadays and showing more caring for patients in that way."

"The worst doctors & staff I have ever been to. Melissa Ren is by far the worst. I have been seeing her for 8 months now & she has yet to write me a prescription that has gone thru. I tried to make another appointment just to talk to her about this & the receptionist asked, "we just seen you 2wks ago. What is your problem??" They refuse to make another appt. They told me I have to wait 6wks to see her again. Before that we were supposed to do botox but I never heard back so decided maybe I should do simple prescriptions. No communication & no concern, lots of incompetence. If you want treatment DO NOT go to this office. Patiently waiting in pain.. for my referral to go thru to another office."
