Further, the lady she helped before me was struggling with the permanent change of address process. Sheryl was gracious, patient and helped her to a level so far above what I'm accustomed to at a US Post Office...that it warmed my heart. "The amount of issues I have with this post office is insane. When I moved in to my apartment they informed me I had to go to the PO to get my mailbox key. The PO had to make said key and that took 3 of the longest weeks ever. In that time frame the mail delivery person is supposed to hold my mail. He never did. He stuck my mail in my box where I didn’t have access to it. After two weeks the post master himself came out and hand delivered my mail to me. 6 months later I transferred to a different unit in the same complex and again had to have the PO make me a key for my mailbox. I filled out the forms and handed them over. One week later I went back to the PO to get my mail and they gave me the new mailbox keys. Then my mail just stopped being delivered. It’s been a month now. YI put in 3 change of address forms now and I’m still not getting my mail. What in the actual Efffffffff is going on?"

"Sure wish I could give negative stars the number of times I’ve had to yank a package out of the mailbox forcefully simply because somebody jammed it in there. They don’t care if they rip something they don’t care if they rip the garment or the package or break whatever’s in the package they just give a sh$t if it fits in there sort of Today’s case I’m glad that I got the notification that my package was delivered in the mailbox which I thought wow my wool coat fits in the mailbox it doesn’t. Pics below honestly….between usps, ups and fed ex I’ve seen a lot of stupid stuff but each one pi$$es me off more than the last."

"We dropped our personal property tax payments into a collection box, but they were never delivered. Now, they are late, and we are incurring substantial late fees. I called and filled out the lost mail form, but I was told there was nothing they could do. We just moved up here a year ago and didn't realize what the postal system was like up here. What a hard lesson to learn."

"Let's start with the photo that shows my mail in my DRIVEWAY. The last time I checked I have a mailbox that holds mail. Leaving my mail in the driveway on a windy day is at best--- IDIOTIC. Furthermore, leaving it on top of the package that doesn't fit in the mailbox would be okay IF the mailman would walk five extra feet, and put it in the carport on the sidewalk. But leaving it IN FRONT of my garage CAR door where I can't see it when I back out of my garage---is absolutely beyond my comprehension. And let me mention that this happens EVERY time the postal service is forced to deliver a package to my house."
