"One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After calling after waiting over an hour for a pizza, they decided to not make my pizza and cancel my order without notification. Then got horrible customer service and getting hung up on multiple times."

"I do not write many reviews, but I will never use this location again. I placed an order through their telephone system for delivery. I spoke to a Pizza Hut call center. Apparently a Door Dash driver brought me my food as they didn't have a regular delivery driver. The order was wrong and cold to the touch. I took it back to the store and all I was told is they can not do anything without a ticket from door dash which I was not given. I left the food at the location as it was an food I do not eat. I called corporate and told I would get an email in 1 to 3 business days from a manager who would decide whether or not I even get a refund. I ended the night with no food and no refund. I have never received such poor and indifferent service from a company. Do not order from here."
"The only bright side to my visit was the girl not knowing how to work the register so I got my cheese for free. Other then that everything was a disaster. There was no lid for my pasta. My order was wrong(I blame the app for that not them). But the customer service left was not there. She was rude, rolled her eyes, no smile and just didnt want to be there vibes from the get go. Will not be going back or using this location ever again."
"The young lady behind the counter tonight 9/30/23 deserves a raise. She was answering the phone, taking orders, giving orders to customers all with a smile. It was fast paced and kinda hectic but she did a good job. Plz commend her for keeping it together."
