"Switched to sparklight from AT&T home internet and it has been great! No lagging and able to use multiple devices at one time."

"Very fast speeds and always a great connection. The wifi router does a great job of allowing use of any device throughout the entire house. I don't like that you can't change any of the internet details. You can't go into the modem to change any settings or even add another network. I have smart devices that will only connect to 2.4Ghz networks and I'm unable to broadcast one like I could with my old Internet service provider. The wifi router also only has one ethernet port, which is extremely inconvenient. I'm going to have to buy additional stuff just to make everything work with this wifi 6 network. The speeds and connections are great, though, so I would still recommend this Internet provider to anyone. I just like to modify my networks so that I can change the DNS servers etc. and that isn't an option with Sparklight. The picture shows that there's only one ethernet port. The other is needed for the router to be connected to the modem."

"My family and I have had Sparklight for years. My husband and I just got Sparklight and our technician, Josh Sego, was awesome. He made sure to walk me through everything and made sure I had everything before he left. If I could rate him 5 stars, I absolutely would. He was awesome."

"So far I have not been happy. I ordered my service telling them I did not want their modem. I left the install tech my modem and he installed theirs anyway. Ran the coax in the middle of my hardwood floors and blocked my downstairs doorway by running the cable wrong. I tried to hookup my own modem but the lady in customer service was rude to me and told me she could never see my modem. If things change then I will come back and update but right now I feel I made a mistake."
