"Our house burnt, and we were hungry and cold and didn't want to go to a restaurant. They became smelt of smoke and because we were stuck in pajamas, and it was just the best experience ever. The young man that waited on us was very kind and courteous and made sure that we had everything we needed before leaving but by the time we drove around the building to the window, our food was ready. We went to our hotel room and were greatly satisfied with hot fresh food, and the brownies were delicious. Thanks, Chick-fil-A, for a great job. You help make a hard day bet better"

"One of the girl at the window was extremely rude when we remembered we needed ketchup and mayo and asked for it before we got our food. We were asked to pull up as we watched our order being handed out the window and after waiting our order was brought to us without ketchup or mayo and we had to wave them down to ask again. When she brought them to us it was a ridiculous amount dumped into my car. So don't forget to tell them everything u need when u order or get attitude and rude service for asking at the window. Very disappointing cause this is the 1st and only time service has been this way at any location I've ever been to."

"The chicken wrap was fresh and flavorful. The service wasn't as great as I've had it before where they've come to get my cup and refill my drink. It was a Saturday so it was very loud with a lot of people and children running around. It was difficult to carry a conversation."

"I just had a bad experience at this store. My husband and I drove from Florida to Dyersburg. We drove through and took our order as we checked into our nearby hotel. Both original chicken sandwiches were burnt. If we weren't exhausted we would have brought them right back. My husband was so hungry he ate his. I couldn't. It actually looks lighter in the photo than the dark brown it was."

"Yesterday I actually had a rude and counter with an employee for the first time ever Chick-fil-A! I was pulling my car through the drive-through, trying to get to the box not knowing that you had to speak to one of the representatives out front. The young man berated me saying “I’m right here you can stop right here you don’t have to go any further Jesus..” I was actually in shock so I ordered my food my chicken sandwich with everything make it to the window I get my food no one said my pleasure the whole time I was there, and when I received my food only thing that was on it was pickles. I’ll still go back because I love Chick-fil-A but hopefully their attitudes will be different."
