"With my reservations pre done, it took over an hour to check out 2 trucks. The website made it where i had to come up with different email addresses and different phone numbers than the person that put in the reservation, and wouldn't go on til I did. I'm the sole business owner and it shouldnt have required that. It was difficult knowing what to do. I had ask the front desk attendant what all would be required or what i needed for the early morning pickup. She didn't know, she told me just scan the barcode and follow the steps. Guess what, there is no barcode... pricing is crazy high. .79 cents a mile! I won't be back enterprise here my delivery service business comes."

"I needed to have a trailer hitch and brake controller installed on my Jeep, and after several phone calls I decided to go with U-Haul. There initially were a few problems... my original appointment was not scheduled so installation was pushed back 1 day, and incorrect parts produced an erroneous quote. However, once Andrew entered the picture things quickly fell into place. They did an excellent job overall, as you can tell from the photos. The suggestion of using a Bluetooth brake controller (more expensive than a traditional one) actually saved me money in the long run (less labor costs). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The job was done within the time specified, and the cost was significantly less than other quotes I had received (in some cases by $200-300). If you have need of a trailer hitch installation, I would strongly recommend you get a quote from U-Haul before proceeding with the job. I suspect you will save both money and headaches."

"Awful. I’m currently using the service after hours and they gave me the wrong keys in the pickup box. I’m currently on the customer service call for over half an hour. I’ve emailed and used the chat on the box. I’ve already been charged for the service and I haven’t been able to get the car started due to getting the wrong key. My service expires at 8:30 pm today and guess who can’t check out because I don’t have the right keys to do it. If I could give negative stars I would."

"By far the best U-Haul around. Needed a truck to move outa state did shopping around at other U-Hauls and the other truck rental companies. The cost for what I needed was OUTRAGEOUS! No one offered first responder discount or Military. I gave it one more shot after 7 attempts and called this U-Haul of Glenstone. The representative I talked to on the phone was Very polite and understanding to my needs. I made this move to years ago and the cost was a fraction of what I was receiving from the other places. A manager got involved and without even blinking an eye he matched what I showed him. He took a huge weight off my shoulders. Being out of state is tough enough But to occur the cost of a moving truck at a ridiculous price just makes it that much more stressful. U-Haul at North Glenstone lifted all that stress I would like to thank thank The staff and the manager that help me."
