"Order via Wendy's app. Drive thru was closed. Walked in, they said they are open until 12 but start closing everything down at 10pm. So I had to cancel my order. Suggested an hours change to Google."

"We just came through here at 8:30 in the morning to grab something before husband’s flight. Drive- thru closed, so walked inside. The people there working were hiding in the back (we could see shoulders and hear them talking). After calling out, “Hello? Hello?” one of them popped out, LOOKED AT US, then went right back to hiding and talking to whomever else was there. Would not come out to take our order, or even let us know they knew we were there and they’d be right with us. If they were in the middle of something I’d understand, but they were literally standing around doing nothing. Left after that. This is probably the most unprofessional Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Do not recommend."

"The gentleman that took our order was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was fresh and hot. I recommend trying the Caramel Cold Brew coffee but maybe with extra ice. Overall cleanliness wasn't that great but still a nice experience due to the friendly customer service. Thanks for having us."

"I have eaten here before and been pleased with the food quality even if it usually is not fast. I just wanted to leave a review letting people know if there is a promotion and it states "only participating locations" for Wendy's, this is not the place to go. I have tried several times and today was Veterans Day and they were not participating. I just wanted to let other people know not to go here for these promotions."
