"Terrible experience. I cannot reach a real person - only a robot that won't accept my questions or answers. I have a package in limbo from Pakistan and I have no idea where it is or why it has not been delivered. From what information I can obtain the package is either in Ava or Springfield and I cannot contact either place. I guess they expect me to drive 60 miles to Springfield and knock on their door - and probably be told the package is not there. They could be nice and give me this information over the phone. And the tracking number does not work for reasons I can't explain because it does not make any sense. This could all be resolved quickly if I could talk to a real person. This is not a situation where one size fits all. I've wasted so much time on this that I would give them NO stars if I could."
