"We had a big problem and needed help. We came from out of state to buy a travel trailer and we absolutely had to buy it that night or the trailer would be sold to someone else. 2 1/2 hours into our trip and 30 minutes from the location of the trailer we realized we didn't have the key to our hitch pin and wouldn't even be able to tow this trailer as things were. How embarrassing! I remember I had seen Eli's Facebook ad so I gave him a call and told him the crazy situation. Although he was not able to get out there that night he was able to write us in the book, gave me a quote and with his assurance he could help we did go through and buy the trailer. He came and got the trailer sooner then I had expected. He had very good contact and communication with me through pick up till drop off which was over several hours. The other thing was we weren't even gonna be in the state when he dropped it off at the storage location. He gladly and simply took my payment over the phone and if I believe correctly it was what he had originally quoted me. Even after our trailer was dropped off, they were kind enough to send me many pictures of my trailer at the new location so I could show my Mom. Eli and his company were a pleasure to work with, reliable and went above and beyond for us. His kindness and service took a very stressful situation and took all the weight off our shoulders. I absolutely would recommend this company and Eli. We will be calling them next time we need anything towed long distance. Thanks for being so awesome guys!"
