I also told them I don’t know if they’re the right fit and they said they would check and instead of looking before they took off my heads, they took them off and charged me for the reinstall. Should not have been charged for something they can catch before putting them back on."

"I had Eureka Music setup my guitar and they made it unplayable. They removed a piece on my bridge and put a a part that was the wrong size(the size is marked on the bottom of the piece). I called and left a message for management explaining my issue and never received a call back. I called several days later and spoke to who I think was the owner and he showed such a complete lack of empathy that I will not return to his store. If a beginner musician has their instrument setup like mine, they may not know the instrument setup was wrong and it may prevent them from learning or cause them to quit playing."
