"They were supposed to send out a refund check to me in June. It is now the beginning of August and my 4TH phone call to them to sort this out and each time they take my phone number and say they will get with people in the accounting department and TRY to figure out what is going on. Needless to say I have neither received the check owed to me nor the phone call either. The customer services leave a GREAT deal to be desired!!!!!"

"I paid my premiums EARLY every month, autopay from my bank. Even though my payment posted two days before it was due Tri-Star cancelled my policy and my son's policy. They said I had not paid and would not accept their mistake and fix it. I had written proof of my early payment but they did not want it. My son went without his medication and I could not see my doctor, we are still without insurance until they get the paperwork updated and corrected. I called twice, no apology, no attempt to fix it. I cannot wait for Medicare and be done with this heartless company. In Covid times it is a real letdown. Would leave 0 stars if possible."

"Horrible company to deal with. Previous companies in this field provided pre-loaded debit cards and other ways to spend the money up front, putting the burden of proof on the individual. This company's reimbursement process is a huge pain. The information they require often means you front the entire bill up front and wait weeks (often months) to be able to get reimbursed with MY MONEY! Terrible company. I recommend that no employer uses this company."

"So I tore my elbow at work, went to the doctor got A script for pain meds, turned the script into my local pharmacy. That was on Friday at 3 o'clock TriStar wouldn't approve it then wouldn't call back the pharmacy until Monday so I had to sit from 3 o'clock on Friday till Monday before I got my medicine . While sitting all weekend with intense pain."
