"Called around 8:30, they answered fairly quickly. Very informative very positive, didn't catch her name but she was very polite. We had all of our questions answered in an orderly fashion. We just moved here and don't understand all the negative reviews."

"Had a rude employee tell myself and the lady before me that “we can’t accept $100 bills” and actually SCOLDED the old lady in front of me in line. I gave his attitude RIGHT BACK to him and like MAGIC… my $100 bill was valid. This place is the definition of lazy and unprofessional."
"Rude, Racist middle aged white woman wouldn’t help me tape my package even though i prepaid for it. All she had to do was help me out with the tape that was clearly lying in front of her desk. She rudely told me to go home and get it taped up. The other white customers around me were being treated respectfully and politely. The staff here lacks basic dignity to be respectful to other humans. Shame on you, white fat lady! If you’re reading this, You know who you are. Get a life and a real job if this bothers you so much."
