"I paid expedited shipping for a order to arrive on time for my birthday trip I was assured the whole day that my package would be delivered by end of day which were yesterday that time had passed and they then said they were closed and stopped delivering I spoke to a manager who assured me she’d call me back in 15 min to find a resolution that I would get my packages in time a hr went by I called back they said the manager left for the day I said a manager left without resolving a customers issue something she promised wow were put through to another manager who said to call back next day and ask for the resolution team i’m calling and calling today i’m being told they’re not even open on weekends now here I am without my packages and trip ruined this is sad as a company that you can’t deliver as promised or even respond promptly to alternate routes and lying about solving issues leaving them unaddressed I really hope next time I order something and pay extra money for it to be delivered that it’s not delivered by FEDEX I am beyond angry about this"

"Parked wrong aide of the road blocking traffic both directions on 6-20-23 about 5:05pm There was room on the correct side of the road for him to park but instead he decided to be a jerk and block rush hour traffic I was trying to get to work"
