U-Haul Moving & Storage of Truman Corners

"Let me start by saying that it takes literal effort to be disrespectful enough for me to take my time and write a bad review. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this location for your rental needs. I have used multiple other u haul locations and have ALWAYS had a great customer experience. Until today. The people that work the counter in this place(including the woman who clearly was acting in a management capacity) are not only rude, but unbelievably disrespectful. After refusing to honor my reservation that cleared the online check in, they went so far to say this to me. That them refusing to rent me a trailer to get my move done this weekend was "my problem", not "their problem". Just amazing people skills these jokers at this place possess. Gross behavior and a real black eye to this company."

"Kelly was polite & professional. She had a great attitude and was very helpful in suggesting an extended return time beyond my choice of 4 hours. Her experience told her that I would need longer. She was right and this made a world of difference. Thank you for a great and easy experience!"

"Rented a trailer at a very reasonable price, it was ready to get hooked up when I arrived. The associate hooked it up for me. They disconnected it for me when I arrived back to return and I was outta there in less than 5 min. You can’t ask for better service."

"We rented a truck this past weekend to do a short move. The first truck we got had aome mechanical issues so I had to take it back. A young man named Jonathan Smock was working and immediately got me another vehicle and got me back on the road. He saved the day as we were trying to beat the rain. I hope to have the pleasure to work with him again."

"My check out experience with the staff in the office was excellent. They were attentive and very helpful. That experience was ruined when I was asked to returned the trailer to the storage area. The individual that was tasked with receiving the returned trailer was clearly annoyed and angry. When I stepped out of my vehicle to store the hitch, I angrily ordered me to “return to your vehicle“. When I did not comply I watched him snatch apart the wiring harness with such force that it separated the connector from the wires. He was able to complete the remaining process without any additional damage. After the positive experience that I had in the office I wondered why the ratings for this location, Truman Corners, was so low. Maybe this is why. Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with this feedback.I don’t want to provide a rating.This detractor is not fair to the those who worked at the front desk.
