The FedEx Drop Box located at 1701 Walnut Street in Kansas City, Missouri, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose between 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days. The drop box accepts a variety of packages, from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to your own packaging with a FedEx label. Boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times vary depending on location, with thousands of drop boxes across the country now offering extended drop-off times. Saturday pickup is also available at select drop box sites. To drop off your package, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then print and affix the label to your package before bringing it to the drop box. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.
