"If I could give them a negative star that would be to good for this company. The people are rude and do not care about your situation. They circle you and your bank accounts like a bunch of sharks that they are. I guess as a debt collector you can say and do any thing you want. Hopefully some dayt they will get their same treatment back."
"The worst company I have ever tried to deal or work with. Pretty sure the ones giving more than 1 star are their employees or relatives. They are very rude, belittling, condescending, and unprofessional. They talk over you, cut you off, and won't try to work with you at all. I hope they get shut down and someone else gets my accounts from them. Unfortunately, they have 5 accounts of mine. I tried to settle on 3 of them today. Agreed to their settlement amounts they offered and asked for the settlement letters so that I could get them paid and after going through all of that and being put on hold and wait times totaling an hour they then told me they won't send the letters to me until I pay the other 2 accounts in full first. This place is unethical and I'm pretty sure there will be a special place in He-double hockey sticks for each and everyone of them."
