"She robbed us!!! Deborah, The owner of the motel claims to be a Christian lady she will run your credit card over and over again And kick you Out! This has happened numerous times to numerous different people. Please anyone stay clear of this motel. I called the health department because she had bed bugs in her rooms. I called the cops because she unauthorized our credit card Numerous times!!! She's notorious for running your card for $250 over and over and claiming it was an accident and it really isn't!! We stopped to stay there with our 3 small children because they were sick while we were in the Branson Missouri area looking for land and she robbed us and kick us out! The maintenance guy there, Jerry Wayne he witnessed everything and he made a statement to the cops about how she did us! We were told to file a police report and contact our lawyers and to take her to court we are doing so!"
"This lady will rob you!! She ran a credit card over and over and over for $250! She literally ran our credit card over a $1000 stole from us!! She has bed bugs in her motel I urge anybody that stays there to call the health department. DO NOT STAY HERE AKA OAK GROVE INN"
"An hour in the lobby. Literally a line of people out the door. One very unskilled employee in house. And one lazy employee who only interacted through phone calls. They had no system to determine which rooms had been rented. And rented my booked room. Additionally, the pool was not only not open. It was empty. So even if we had gotten a room, a major draw wasn't had. I ultimately left the lobby after telling them to cancel the $170 they charged me for a room that wasn't open."
"Accidentally found this place and I'm extremely glad I did! I'm a traveler and most places have very hard uncomfortable beds. This is the exception! The beds are so comfortable and soft. The room was clean and very welcoming. The staff there was great and they were very understanding with the needs I have having an autistic son. I would highly recommend American Patriot Family Inn to anyone and everyone that comes to Branson!"
