"Easily the worst insurance company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every single claim I ever submitted was first immediately denied, and on each one I had to fight for months to get coverage for things that were explicitly outlined in my plan. My coworkers who were covered through the same plan as this was the company chosen by our employer experienced the same treatment as well. Stay away from this company at all costs - they may even be worse than being uninsured."

"This company is a sham. They will lie to you at every avenue and keep putting off the problem.I had applied for reimbursement through their insurance plans. They sent a check to the wrong address. I contacted them to correct the mistake, they stated they would direct deposit the funds directly into my account. I provided them with my banking information as well as the correct mailing address. A few weeks after the phone call I received a check. I cashed the check since the direct deposit had not been processed and the check bounced. I was out the money plus a returned check fee. They finally deposited the money they owed me, but as of yet refuse to give money back due to the returned check fee. Even the president of company is unable to make decisions."

"Absolutely the WORST. Computer systems are incorrect when processing some claims and months later they come after you to monetarily fix their errors. And get this, they don't even tell you! Hospital sends you to collection for a corrected EOB that you were never informed of. And good luck getting an answer! Their form of Customer Service is get you off the phone ASAP. NO INTEGRITY."
