"Delivered more than 100 orders for that guys, no issues, no damages, in result manager decide to put account on hold for some time, later they unblock the account, 2 days after that put on pending with no reason, complaint department not answer the phone , always want updates, but from the other side some non professional staff works, manager which decides to put carriers on hold status with no reason and other staff which cannot provide any information must not work in companies like that, reputation of that company is going down"

"This is one of the biggest companies in the industry for car haulers. However, Acertus (Metrogistics) was not able to create an app that is convenient for carriers. Besides, they ask to use the app and if the driver makes small mistake then some unprofessional agents from compliance will start to email and threaten you with blocking you account. Acertus has to update their app before forcing it to use."

"Been trying to work company for over 3 months right now. We keep getting pushed back for either pictures of our trailer or some random reason. No one answers the phone. No one calls you back. They respond to their email weeks later. Very very hard company to work with. Unfortunately some big companies or customers trust this company and they have some of the best loads on central dispatch. That is the reason why they're still in business but they treat carriers very poorly"
