"Honestly I don’t know why I’m still with this bank, they disappointed me on sooo many occasions. Every time I had to go in I felt like it was a torture. The tellers have no clue what they doing and they have to get a manager to help them out with the simplest tasks so it takes forever to get anything done. You have to jump through hoops just to withdraw or deposit YOUR money!"
"Pros: Very pleasant experience working with this bank. No surprises on closing and everything up to the closing was professionally done. Cons: After purchase there is no online payment available and no monthly statements available either online or by mail. You must wait until the year's end when they mail out a new coupon book to see what your balance is."
"I had a little over a week before I was supposed to close on my first home, when my "pre-approved" loan fell through at the last minute with a different lender, I was heartbroken. That's when I called First Bank and I spoke with Loan Officer Dawn Laumann. Dawn listened to my story and was AMAZING from day 1. She said it would be tough, but promised me she would do everything she could to see me get my first house. The entire team at First Bank was fantastic, they worked quickly and efficiently and helped me close on my house in record time. I would recommend First Bank to anyone."
