I requested removal be made through the back door. MART BRAVO disregarded my request and took the range through the front door causing damage to the door facing, also approx 18 inches of the face of the door were scrapped off. MART BRAVO lied stating my door was damaged prior to this incident, which it had not been. At no time after i reported this incident to Home Depot did Serpro Logistics reach out to me as the customer. In this day where there are a variety of companies that can make a delivery choose ANYONE BESIDES SERPRO LOGISTICS !"
