Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria 11648 Dorsett Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63043

"Pizza showed up with the wrong toppings so I called the phone number listed to reorder and I get directed to a call center that is only able to take orders but can’t provide any customer service. They then transferred me “directly to a store associate” where the line disconnected. This happened 4 times and when I asked if anyone else could help me, they told me I’d just have to go to the store and wait for a new pizza to be made. When we got there, the manager told us it wasn’t his fault and to take it up with DoorDash. Last time I checked, Doordash didn’t make the pizzas. What was the point of delivery if I had to go to the store anyway and then get treated like I’m an inconvenience. Zero customer service…"

"Freaking love Cecil Whittaker's. Used to live in the area so now when I come back to visit I can't go a trip with this awesome pizza. The boneless wings are good too."

"Omg... I placed an order for delivery online. It came but we were missing a small pizza.called the number... holy moly. What a pain! Talked to two different people both from another country. I was so upset. It took forever got hung up on and then. Finally talked to a woman for over 10 mins and got my money back. Now my food is cold. Garbage!"

"I haven’t had Cecil Whittaker’s in months. I wanted to order it for dinner so I did. I ordered online for my order. Also generously gave them a 20% tip. (Because their food is always amazing and they never disappointed me). Drove up to the place and no one was in the store at all. A man was talking on the side to another random person, saw I was standing there, walked up to me and said “you picking up an order?” I said “yeah.” And he said “name?” I told him my name, he went inside, picked up my order, walked back out and handed it to me in silence while walking back over to talk to that same person. Literally didn’t stop or anything just put it into my arms. Didn’t say “have a good day” or anything like I’m inconveniencing him to do his job. Like just rude af. Also the chicken strips in my order were soggy and not cooked properly. Also, gave me tiny chicken pieces instead of full on strips. I have never had Cecil Whittaker’s chicken strips look like that. It’s like ever since they combined the store with Chuck’s hot chicken their food has gone down hill. Such a shame. I will no longer be spending my money at this location anymore. Just disappointing and a really bad experience."

"Smh.i don't know whatis goin on with restaurants these days...I used to love this dish from them..quite disappointing..no extra sauce as orderd.and why is there red sauce in my pan?.also..I couldn't customize and add cheese to my entrée on the ordering platform. Italian garlic bread and cheese garlic bread edible but a lil chewy."
