"Pretty upset & disappointed in this bank my mother has been banking with you for prolly 30yrs my brother is her power of attorney and he writes out all her checks and every month writes her a check to get her personal things she needs for her apt today you all refused to cash her check and she cashes 1 there every 2nd wedneday when she's paid normally I'm with her but was ill today or I would have been in there and y'all would have heard from me!! She's 77yrs old and now has to make a 2nd shopping trip out because y'all refused to cash her check so in the morning we will be talking to a supervisor !!!"
