"Never using this bank again. First time had to get our cards activated twice, second time deposited our checks wrong, third time froze our account because our mail had to be rerouted, drove to the new location to get it, they said they already sent it to our new address, funny that they could keep us from taking money out but we could sure as heck put money in for them to mess with it, last time, just now, cant get lunch at work or buy food for home because our cards aren't working, I work night shift with my fiance, so we can't call them now to fix it. No lunch on an eight hour shift. Taking money out tomorrow and closing the account. I wish I could give this bank negative stars."

"It's convenient for cashing my paychecks, but other than that me and my family have had numerous bad experiences with this bank. They cannot convert foreign dividend checks from euros to us currency. When making a withdrawal of anything over $2,000 we had to pull awkwardly up to the side door and make a hand to hand exchange which seemed odd. After receiving my bank card through the mail I attempted to activate it with no success. I went to the bank to have them fix it which they finally did after sitting in there office for 45 minutes, and everything seemed fine. Until I tried to make a withdrawal and realized that they issued the card in my father's name and gave me full access to all of his funds! This bank is less than professional and even they are a small town bank they should hold the same standard of service as any other major bank. Thoroughly disappointed."
