He had the trailer hooked up, checked and double-checked for safety and I was on the road in literally less than 15 minutes. The return was just as efficient and the gentleman who assisted me made the process of dropping the trailer off seamless. I will certainly use St. Peters Uhaul for future rental needs."

"Smooth experience. This is the 2nd time we've rented a 15' truck from them. Last time, we wanted a truck with a ramp and we reserved a 10' truck. However, the morning of pick-up we learned that the 10' trucks don't have ramps. They switched our reservation to a 15' truck right away. The products available for purchase at the center were useful - I bought 2 mattress covers that were by the checkout and those proved very useful. No problems with the truck, although we only drove it about 15 miles. The self-return after hours was smooth. I appreciate that I could do it through a link and did not have to put an app on my phone."

"Called in with a few questions about renting a truck, The young man I spoke to was very nice and forthcoming, I was able to give him an estimate of what I needed and he took my information down and told me he would reserve me a truck just in case the size I needed was available for me. I arrive at the U-Haul location and gave him my reservation number and the young man got me in and out within minutes. Upon returning U-Haul another young man greeted me and checked out/around the truck and thank me for the return. Everyone was very friendly and polite, Thank you!!!"
