"Horrible delivery. First package was delayed because of weather which is understandable. It was “out for delivery” the next day never showed. Said it was out for delivery again never showed. Finally it came the day after that and the delivery driver left package in my driveway by the road. Anyone could have grabbed it! Second package was supposed to be here yesterday so we call tell them to leave the package at the facility and we would pick it up today and I get a text saying it’s out for delivery today…."

"You should be able to leave zero star reviews. If I could, I would leave a negative 5 star review. All of these 1 star reviews are spot on. This company sucks - simple as that. UPS is miles ahead. Do yourself a favor. Do not use Fedx , there are far better alternatives."

"UPS, USPS, and Amazon never have any problems delivering to our church. St. Peter's FedEx has only ever driven right by and listed "Could not locate recipient." I usually have to get it dropped off at holding location so I can get my package. Would never use FedEx if I could help it, sadly some stores still use their service."

"Delivery was delayed, as per usual. The bigger issue is that the driver couldn't be bothered to actually deliver the package to the porch. Instead, he left it in the rain in the middle of the driveway. Even though I noticed he marked the package as 'delivered to porch' and helpfully did not provide a photo of where he actually dumped it. My mother who is in her mid 60's and suffers from debilitating back issues could not lift the package up the porch steps to get it inside. So now I will be driving 90 minutes each way to do what your driver should have done in the first place. How lazy can you be? Please show some consideration for the people who are paying for this service you are delivering to. Not everyone has the same level of physical ability as you do."
