"Went in for quotes on home & auto. Agent Gary price was present along with a completely unknowledgeable assistant. I gave them all nessecary information & was then told I needed to wait on someone who was out of the office in order to get my quote or start policies for me. After an hour the person in charge of everything (Mandy, not the agent Gary price) came in. After a half an hour more, I'm told it would be the next day. The next day at noon I had not received a call so I called the office. Again I'm told Mandy would have to be contacted & I would receive a call back. I told the in unknowledgeable inexperienced assistant that I needed to get coverage & she sarcastically replied, "I understand, I will have to talk to Mandy". I dont know how they keep their doors open or who in the world takes 2 hour lunches at the end if the day & several days to work up just a quote on a house & 3 cars. They are very inefficient, derlick in their duties, and seemingly unconcerned & even ignorant about how to treat people & their clients. Would not recommend them to anyone."
