"I've been to this clinic two times recently and both interactions were amazing. I've also had some issues where I had to call after my visit and I got the same amazing service. They really have gone above and beyond to help me and get me healthy. They truly seem to genuinely care."

"This review is for the urgent care only: Anytime I’ve gone here the receptionist has always been kind and honestly the rest of the staff usually too. The 3 times I’ve gone here I’ve waited for 1 hour +. The wait is crazy. One time I waited here for 1 hour and there was only one other person in front of me waiting too. The last time I went I wasn’t sure if I had the flu or something else. I was expecting to be tested for things so that I could know exactly what to treat for. After almost 1 hr and a half wait the nurse pulled me back and she told me that there wasn’t any lab. Therefore, *basically* they would guess what I had based on my symptoms. I was told to take an at home Covid test and if it was negative to get tamiflu. So I paid for a visit for them to not know what I have but guess how to treat it? In November I had an ear infection and was seen for it and a month later I got another one and they will not call the same medicine in unless I come in for another visit. $150+ when I just needed to same medicine I was prescribed the month before. I understand of a protocol but it just seemed ridiculous. Didn’t seem like patient care. So I visited Freeman in Webb and they were wonderful."

"Sign on the doors says they are open till 5 pm. Its Thursday @ 4:45 and the receptionist and staff have the doors locked and leaving their desks. Headed for the hills! Could be wrong but it doesn't seem to match multiple signs posted on all their main doors."

Never ever feel rushed, or that our heath concerns are not important. Coming in and out I Love seeing the scripture on the wall as I enter and leave the clinic. (see pic)"
