"My favorite pharmacy by far. Its always either Brandon or Laurie there or both which is nice to have consistency in pharmacist who’ve obviously done it for a long time. I live quite a ways from there so I haven’t seen them in awhile due to virtual dr visits but you definitely notice the difference. They’ve always automatically added coupons to my meds making them the least expensive and they’re just all around good people which matters to me a lot. They are also extremely consistent. I bring my scripts to another pharmacy and one pharmacy tech won’t take it because my address isn’t written but her coworker wouldn’t care, I’ve had a pharmacy tech tell my my script needs some kind of doctors Id code which I’ve never heard since, and in my case my dr office is six feet from the counter if there’s an issue it’s solved in minutes. Their hours are limited but that’s what allows them to have just Brandon and Laurie be the ones working not a new random person every time and for me personally I see my dr every month it’s easier to just sit and wait after right there and be done. A lot of mental health offices in that building and I’ve never had an issue with meds in stock not once. Keep up the good work"

"Genoa Healthcare is by far the best pharmacy I’ve every used. Laurie and Brandon, who currently work at Genoa, provide service that I imagine is the type of service provided before large pharmacies like Walgreens existed. I’m from a small town originally, yet Genoa beats the pharmacy located there by a landslide. Brandon or Laurie call me to ask if I need a prescription refill when it is due, and will even mail it to me if I am unable to pick it up. I highly recommend Genoa. :-)"
