The Lofts

"The lofts is one of the better off campus living spaces for WashU students. It really has the "lofts" kind of feel, with exposed air ducts, metal interior roofing, and cement flooring. The laundry situation is okay at times but busy and the maintenance staff are usually responsive. There's also a vending machine and trashroom on the first floor, but no other noticeable amenities other than the mail room and ping pong table/fun room in the delmar 6300 lofts. One annoying thing about the rooms is that their lights are motion activated so it will be extremely aggravating when you try to study in your room and the lights go off every 15 minutes. Other than that, you get a nice couch, usually get a dinner island with stovetop, and a really tiny TV that no one really uses. Oh, and expect noise, esp if you live next to one of the LED light strip dorms. Try to get a corner room with a window view if you do decide to live in the lofts."
