"Most of the comments are positive because they are people who partnered with them not tenants. This company took over properties from AMOSO and now they are under that company as well. When they took over this company had never seen the property in person before taking over neither has the owner because the original owner sold it shortly after I moved in. However when I moved out they took my whole security deposit because they said the house wasn’t how it was when it was rented out to me which I didn’t understand because they never seen it. However long story short this company is a scam and the process still would not be ended there. All tenants run from this company they will get over on people who is only trying to make it out here and only looking out for people who partner with them making money!!!"
