US Bank Mortgage

"Today, I called the US Bank Bonner Springs to request a cashiers check fee to be waived. The employee I spoke to identified her name as Charity and that she was the manager of the bank. Her first question, "Why do you want the fee waived?" The obvious reason is to keep the money in my pocket. She curtly told me no. When I asked if she was the general manager in which every employee reported to, she abruptly put me on hold without any notice. Then, Craig Ludwig, came to the phone and told us we would have to drive to 435 and Holmes branch or someone from that branch had to called the Bonner Springs Branch to waive fee. I asked him if someone from BS Branch would call for us, he said no. Upon calling the Holmes Branch, a very nice gentleman told us that the account was set up as a Veteran account and we should never be charged. He offered to call the BS Branch and talk with them. Hallelujah!! Someone knows how to provide AMAZING customer service still. Once, we entered the bank, the cashier handling the transaction was not friendly and no one from the branch apologized, not even Mr Ludwig who had not offered to assist us or have his staff assist us in the request. With money to invest, ias well as owners of multiple real estate, t is an easy decision not to move our business to this US Branch."
