Woodson Park Apartments

"I have been their tenant for almost a year. The rent for a two bedroom no balcony (the only unit available at the time) was 825 plus water, sewag not bad with extra basement storage and a swimming pool. My deposit was relatively high (over 1000.00) because my crédit dropped RIGHT as I decided to move but thankful they still accomodated me. I faced some personal hardships as their tenant but Felicia will communicate and be upfront. I think the units and appliances are outdated but if you make it cozy like I have it won't matter. My building is peaceful and the neighbors don't bother me. The groundskeeper does an amazing job but he does look very unfriendly and intimidating. There are cameras around so do right you are being recorded in the basements and permises. All in all me and my fur baby are comfortable until I decide to purchase my home. Happy moving!!"

"I love it over here I've been here two years it's always been peaceful never had any problems. Anytime anything needed to be fixed in my apartment they came and took care of it. They keep the area clean."

"I've been living here since July 2019, I'm happy with my apartment and the management and am resigning my lease for the second time. I love the area, I was born and raised off Midland and Woodson. Family is close as is shopping and my Post. I have an extremely easy commute to work in St Charles county. We are close to the highway which has me minutes from just about everything else I need or do. When I've called with issues they've been taken care of in a timely manner. My only main issue has been my fridge. It was making a terrible noise, I called the office that morning and maintenance came by later that day. Of course the noise stopped before he arrived. He said to call when it started making the noise again which it did as soon as his truck turned the corner. I called the office and Felicia said he was on his way back. It ended up the motor was going out and he said he'd order one but it would be about 3 days, which would be Saturday. I just hoped the fridge would hold out as he wasn't sure. I came in from work 2 days later and it was replaced and my fridge was no longer screaming. I have called and not had the phone answered but when I leave a voicemail, Felicia has returned each one within 24 hours. I was so happy last week when I came in from work and had fresh brand new mulch! I see all these negative reviews from people saying they've lived here for several years, if it's so bad, why do you stay? The review about the noise at Wing Hing, I don't know what that has to do with the complex as an apartment complex can't control the noise level of adjoining businesses. I did not receive anything for my review."

"The apartments are lovely. The upkeep is always adhering to my satisfaction, they spray for pest control. The groundsmen always keep the grass cut and outside parameters clean . Felicia is the best landlord and always gets the job done with haste if anything is needed. This is all around and ideal place to live for affordable income."

"Love my apartment!! Love the pool. Quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, easy access to 270 and 170, also plenty of fast food along the way. Amazing management. Felicia is so caring, flexible, and compassionate for me. Might live here forever!"
