"It use to be a decent place to live. Parking is terrible now. No matter how clean you are, you’ll see a roach or 2. People don’t pick up after their dogs. You pay for everything(water, trash, sewage and pest control-that doesn’t even come-been home all day, they never came but I’m paying for that.) $100 shy of paying $1k in rent is not worth living here."

"Fair warning ! You will pay water, sewer, trash and pest control monthly on top of the rent. The rent increases every year upon renewal. Parking is terrible, the laundry rooms are pathetic, you wouldn't want to wash dog covers in those nasty old machines. You even have to pay $5 to replace a smoke alarm battery. These people are money sharks. You won't have to travel to mexico..its little mexico."

"Update: I HAVE contacted the residentservices email - they are NOT REPLYING AND IT HAS BEEN OVER AN ENTIRE WEEK. Please do not move here…. I live here currently and i’m writing this under an anonymous account because I don’t want any repercussions from the complex… property manager and maintenance sucks… neighbors throw food off balconies, they park in front of entire dumpsters, you can hardly get through the parking lot because some family in the townhomes off Prouhet parks TEN cars outside the townhomes, literally TEN CARS FOR ONE FAMILY. People let their dogs use the restroom on their balconies, no one picks up their dog’s poop, people play their music so loud all day and night. Parking is an absolute joke. Their community map on their website is completely inaccurate when it comes to parking. There are HALF the parking spaces in certain areas on the map that they show are there. This complex is just a joke… it’s nasty and way overpriced for apartments that have absolutely zero insulation, are super outdated (even their “upgraded” apartments), my apartment is FALLING APART!!! Maintenance literally half as*es EVERY job. They use the old broken items and just put them back up and tell us “if it happens again we’ll replace it but this is old so this is temporary”. Um. Temporary? I LIVE HERE. IT CANT BE TEMPORARY. Kelsie in management ALWAYS has an attitude and makes people feel SO unwelcome to even want to try to talk to the leasing office. They do nothing about complaints either. Absolutely nothing. This is the worst complex of the 4 I’ve stayed at. I would go to any other property than another one owned by Monarch Management. YOU ALL ARE THE WORST!!!!"

"Do you like roaches? Rude as hell office personnel? Crazy, noisey neighbors? Added on charges because of poor plumbing? Then this is the perfect apartment complex for you! If not, then please read this review to save yourself the headache, time, and hard-earned money and DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This is by far the worse apartment complex I've ever stayed at. They will literally come up with bogus charges for everything and anything. My whole unit basement would flood every time it rained. The neighbors above us had a dog who would constantly pee on the balcony and it would drip down all over our deck and the office management did nothing about it. My whole building was infested by roaches to the point where the kitchen was unusable and they did nothing about that either. They will not service or fix anything but will add on charges every month whenever they feel like. Please do not rent here. I honestly don't even know how they are still in business."

"The community is a great place, the management is nice and helps in resolving any issues that arise and maintenance does good work in taking care of the property. It really is a nice place to live and I hope I'm here for a while longer."
