"Was my first apartment after moving out of parents place - was a great first time living experience! Nicole was super helpful throughout my stay and maintenance was always fast and responsive(once my AC went out over the summer at 10 pm and someone came in to fix it within 45 minutes of calling them). Would recommend!"

"This is my girlfriend and I first apartment, going on 2 years. I gotta say we made a fantastic choice. We meet Nicole and she is full of joy. I absolutely love her and I bet everyone who meets her will feel the same. The staff works hard to keep our community clean. It's currently winter (December) and she always sets up the club house for any seasonal occasion. I highly recommend checking out Westchase Apartments in search of your new home."

Nicole is wonderful and is always friendly with the added top-notch maintenance crew. The apartment itself very clean, spacious and comfortable! Close to few restaurants and grocery stores."

"I have lived here for over 5 years and have enjoyed it so much. They truly take care of the property - I mean the day it is fall all the gardens and flowers are turned over for the next season. All summer there are flowers everywhere and perfectly cut grass. Just a nice touch! It’s like a park. They also take great care of the pool and the apartments themselves. I’ve never had an issue unanswered. Nice staff too!"

"We have very much enjoyed our time at WestChase! You have a problem and they will do what they can to fix it right away. The way the staff has loved my dog like their own warms my heart. The pool is relaxing and the walking path makes it easier and more enjoyable to walk the pup. If you make your way to the club house, Nicole always has it decorated for every holiday! While I’m up there I normally get myself a cup of Starbucks coffee (totally free!) Thank you WestChase for your wonderful hospitality!"
