"Update 2: PLEASE READ before you rent here Some of the tenants are being forced to vacate their homes for weeks without a proper alternative so that the property management can renovate. Most of the tenants are either old or disabled. That is how heartless the property management is.. YOU WONT BE TREATED WELL HERE!! READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS Update: DO NOT RENT!! Dont fall for their review responses, they never answer the phone or even bother to respond to your email. Village Green took over- Maintenance is hopeless. Been living here for over 5 years. If anything big breaks down, the process for maintenance is ridiculous. It takes weeks to replace anything and you would even have to live without an AC/heat for weeks no matter how hot or cold it gets without any alternative. Good luck moving into this place."

"RENTER BEWARE! While this place presents nice on the outside, the property and the management are atrocious. We have lived here for 6 months and it’s been nothing but a constant headache. “Renovated” units have dirty walls, scratched floors and pet stained carpets. We didn’t have blinds installed in our unit for 5.5 months because corporate couldn’t pay their bills and the blinds company froze their account. In December, we were without water for 11 days. In March, our AC unit stopped working and has yet to be fixed 6 weeks later. The maintenance team here is a joke. Their communication skills are terrible and they act annoyed whenever they have to do their jobs. Most problems require another contractor because they can’t preform any of the tasks themselves. The property is run down and poorly kept. Most of the doors to the inside the buildings are broken so nothing is secure. The fire alarms go off constantly, the elevator and parking garage gate break down constantly. I would not recommend anyone to live here."

"I really love my loft it has high ceilings, a unique layout and a great rooftop view of Creve Couer I love the property layout, location, and amenities! It is The property is under new management and has undergone alot of upgrades and renovations. It has been a pleasure working with the new property manager Sabrina. I definitely recommend leasing from King's Landing Apartment Homes!!!"

"The property manager Sabrina is fantastic! When I came to tour the apartments, she was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. We came earlier than expected and despite being busy, she made us a priority. The apartments are also very spacious and updated with tons of natural light and brand new appliances. I am looking forward to calling Kings Landing my home!"

"I've lived here for almost a year now and just renewed my lease for another year. The staff in the office have always been great with being responsive on any questions or concerns. Maintenance has always been prompt. The covered parking is great in the winter and hot summer months and I have never had a problem finding a place to park on my level. I also appreciate the secure buildings. The staff have been great during the COVID crisis with posting updates about cleaning and how they are handling deliveries (including adding Foodsby which has been fantastic since I'm working from home). My apartment is quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors next to me or above me. Regarding the area, there are restaurants within walking distance, easy access to the interstate and is in a great location."
