The Flats at Dorsett Ridge

"The Flats at Dorsett Ridge is a wonderful place to live. Though we recently relocated, we enjoyed every bit of our time there. The staff members are extremely present and friendly/helpful, and all of the amenities were always kept very clean including the pool, gym, lobby bathrooms, and so on. We did not have a single issue for during our year there and would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in the area to stop in!"

"The Flats at Dorsett Ridge is a great apartment community to live in. Lived there for about a year, but relocated to another state. I very much enjoyed time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Maryland Heights area! Nice, convenient location too. Also, I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are wonderful."

"This apartment complex is great for two major reasons. The first is obvious, the apartment complex is beautiful, and is a great price for the place. This place is only $100 more than the outdated, mold-filled apartment complex I moved out of. The accommodations are awesome, such as the beautiful pool and a gym with all the necessary equipment. The main reason that this place deserves 5 stars though, is the staff. I drove 1800 miles to start school here, and the other apartment complex I was in was horrifying. For health reasons, I had to vacate that apartment. I was completely rushed, since I had to start school the next week and had a moving truck to return. Sara and Brooke worked extremely hard to get me moved in quickly. They had plenty of work they had to do, but made sure to take the time to help me move in asap. Not to mention, they are so kind and have been helping me figure out the issues with leaving the last place. I could not recommend a better apartment complex than this place."

"I moved into Flats at Dorsett Ridge in late March. I recently moved out due to job relocation but this has been the nicest complex I have lived in. The apartment itself was very nice and modern, nice large kitchen sink, island, and tons of storage in the kitchen. Off the kitchen I had a closet to add space as well. I had a balcony that was good size and looked out onto the residential area behind the complex. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower and glass door. Amenities were very nice with a great pool, lounge chairs within the pool, fun lounge chairs on the pool deck, and grills. Also the gyms was up to date on equipment and various weight lifting options with also an area to do workouts within a room. Leasing office is very nice and helpful whenever I have questions. Mail room has keys to open lockers and for extra security they have a specific room for packages. Location wise it is walking distance to grocery store and multiple restaurants. Near a park to hike and walk my dog. Also the complex had a dog park on site. Overall great experience living here and sad to go so soon!"
