U.S. Bank Branch

"I usually show grace to businesses and rarely show up in google to review. Now, this US Bank branch is not very efficient i dont think. The employees there have not been able to answer a simple question about a couple accounts. Nothing complicated at all and I have to ask for the manager, who have never been available for the at least three times I was there and asked for her. Today I just walked away from that branch knowing that I cant go there any more if i need professional service. ( Also calling customer service has become a jock in US Bank. They will give you a phone right for hours without answers, if you let them. I used to admire US Bank professionalism, but now days very often is a struggle to do business with them. My company is growing fast and i cant see a future with them if they keep going down this way."

"All the US banks were closed but the google maps said this one would be open so I finally got there far from home needing money and they're closed. It's only 1/2" of snow!!! I mean, if banks in Washington state closed for that they'd only be open half the year! I was able to drive 20 miles there in a rear wheel drive corvette. They had no reason to close. If we can't even have one branch open there is a problem. Going to stop using this bank after many years. Closing accounts asap"

"Great walkin experience every time every employee. Huge bank with lots of services - too big to fail. 2 branches within walking distance. branches in most cities and states I might move to."

"This banks actual operating hours rarely matches what they post online. If you go inside they tell you to make an appointment. More than once they have messed up basic deposits and withdrawals through the drive thru. They have deposited or withdrew money from a business or personal account that was supposed to be done in the other account. I suspect they are closing this banking location because they told me to move my safety deposit box again. This is the second time they have asked me to do this as they closed the first location I was using. I am in the process of moving to another bank."

"US Bank as a corporation could care less about good customer service but this branch in particular is exceedingly unhelpful. I closed one of my three accounts (soon to be all three), but somehow it didn't get closed properly (according to the US Bank customer service rep Melanie). Seriously avoid US Bank as an organization and definitely use another branch (shouldn't be hard considering their lobby is closed without an appointment and the drive through is only open a whopping two hours a day during the week - no weekend hours) if you absolutely must use US Bank save yourself the headache and use a different branch."
