"Awful, annoying company. Vultures is what they are, you will get call after call after call of them begging you to take out more loans. I have told them more than four times to put me on their no-call list which they say they do, but ultimately ignore your request and call again. Anyone who keeps getting harassed by Tower Loan should give the National Do Not Call Registry a try."

"I'm mentally ill bi polar skitzo effective and anxiety they sent me a check in the mail I was feeling manic that day and cashed it bit off more than I could chew they did not care when life happened and my car died I had to buy a new car they harassed me banging on the door of my house scaring my mom also they said I'm a grown up and I was making excuses when life happened bad people they will harass then sue they are me beware of this compny"

"They blow my phone up, they don't follow through with what they say they're going to do, and they're rude when they call or you go into their office. They do not know what customer service is and really need to take some training on how to treat customers with respect! They've lied to me. I will never refer anyone to them or go through them again."

"This place calls me every month to tell me I have more money available and I ask them why they would say that because for the first two times I love them to run a credit check just to find out I haven't paid enough on my current loan to have more money. The third time I told them not to run my credit because this is already happened twice before what did they do? They ran my credit! Regardless of me telling them not to. They call me and offer me the money without checking my payment history and then they send me this slap in the face response telling me that adverse action has been taken. I pay my bill every month and my first loan is still pretty new I don't know why they have the ability to do this to people. It is starting to get on my nerves. I wish I never got a loan from them I feel like they're just credit crooks I can't wait till I get them fully paid off so I can continue sharing my experience with other people so they do not have to go through this. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (This is an edit to my original review) I went ahead and addressed the situation myself as to why they would keep offering me money if they knew that my account wasn't going to approved. I asked them kindly to do the research before they call me again offering money that wasn't available, because I can't afford to have hard inquiries that were unnecessary and could have been avoided just by looking at my information. They said we don't know until we run your credit check but each time I noticed the reason why it was denied was because my account with tower loan was also too young. I just told them not to ask again until my account and payment history was old enough for them to actually approve loaning more money. I recently got something in the mail telling me my payments history looks great and that I have reached the account length to borrow more money but I'm still hesitant to look into it. And the only reason why I would borrow more money is because a part of the deal is getting lower payments and a longer payment term. Anyway other than that misunderstanding happening three times I don't have any other complaints. I keep in touch with them even if my payments aren't going to be late past the grace period."
