"My boyfriend and I have lived here for three years and have loved the experience. Whenever we needed maintenance, they've gotten it taken care of within the day or two. Never had a problem contacting anyone whenever I've had questions. We have a small dog and she's also very welcome here. Lots of space and great neighbors. Very quiet."
"A great apartment in a quiet community. Apartments are roomy, well insulated, and well maintained. There is plenty of parking. Julie is an amazing apartment manager, and she deserves to be respected. Her efforts keep this place calm, clean and sane. Tenants who do not follow the by-laws are asked to leave - making this complex awesome for the rest of us. I appreciate not having to deal with Illegal drug use, wild parties, discarded trash on the ground & permanent guests who move in but are not on the lease. Residents have to pass background check, and are not allowed to harass, annoy or violate the other people who live here."
"Everything was alright until it was time to get our security deposit. Cleaned the whole apartment and my husband did the walk through with Julie.Julie said the apartment looked good and we should receive our check within 30 days . 30 days had passed. Called Julie and she had went back on her word saying the apartment was not clean and we would not be receiving our check. Very disappointed in how Julie treated us when I spent a good time cleaning that apartment."
"The office manager is a liar. On the last day of our lease we did the walk through and told us our check will be mailed to us 30 days after. So I called them 45-50 days after I moved out and she told us that we weren't getting anything because we didn't clean The only thing wrong with our apartment was a simple electric receptacle cover. So if you want to lose your security deposit live here!"
"Located right next to Shaw Nature Reserve, these apartments are perfect for anybody looking for a cozy, country home at an unbeatable, helpful price. Julie was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful. She would remind people when rent was due if you were more than a day late, and is absolutely respectful and understanding, and if there was an issue, she was ALL OVER IT. Absolutely splendid. Jon the groundskeeper is beyond helpful, I mean *goes above and beyond* to maintain properties and address needs. On my move-out day, I accidentally switched keys and returned the wrong key, and on a Sunday to boot, and Jon helped me retrieve them even though he didn't have to. So, absolutely splendid. He also taught me about water heaters which was really cool. Loved talking to them, great property staff. Five stars to how helpful they were. There is another staff member, but I do not believe I spoke to her more than three times, as she was there on days I was never home, but when I did speak to her, she was just as equally helpful and considerate. If you're looking for a country-style apartment complex, I would definitely rent here. They recently added small dogs as a pet to have, and obviously service dogs are always welcome, and cats are no problem at all (a lot of kitties in windows!!), then this would be a great plus. The occasional barking was present, but you will get that anywhere you rent or live, as people have pets. With washer and dryer hook-ups in-doors, you cannot beat the price, and the appliances are absolutely great. Another amazing feature is how STUNNING the clouds were. Like, I'm talking FANTASTIC displays of weather. It was quite honestly, for my own part, the BEST part about the place because I LOVE weather. The downsides are that if you want to grill you have to go to a pavilion to do so, but then again, that's actually a plus if you're looking for safety features. Another one is that some neighbors are loud, but I feel like, as most of us have probably seen the comedy sketch, "Everyone's Upstairs Neighbor", the neighbors could be loud at times. But that goes for any apartment, or neighborhood in general. Would definitely recommend to anybody, especially if they are on a tight budget or are simply looking for a nice place to live. Thank you everybody for making my first apartment experience fantastic."
