"I take the 5th. I know someone who lives there..SORRY----"
"For 6 months before my lease was up the upstairs toliet leaked so bad causing black mold. They finally repaired it but it fell apart again. I left and they wanted to charge me extra money for wear and tare. Luckily, I recorded the ceiling and tols them to take me to court considering I am disabled. Well, they kept my deposit and let it go. The people are nice but there are cops that get called a lot in there and not because someone needs a hospital either. Be careful here. I still have my evidence on back up because I do not trust them."
