Pacific Village Apartments

"It was good til they raised my rent to 525 I talk to few other people that had one bedrooms their rent wasn't raised so I think they just wanted me to move I broke my lease and moved. The train was a pain in the ass. Couldn't open windows because it was so loud. Look else we're at other apartments and found cheaper .2 bed room for 500. Bets one bedroom for 525."

"Well I live here and it's pretty nice. The olny problem I have is the thin walls cause me and my Mom can hear the people above us talking and we can also hear their dog howling, but once you heard it for long you kinda get used to it. Another problem is the stray cats that kinda rip up garbage bags but that's okay since they are working on making the cats like housecats besides the cats are super cute so I don't stay mad for long. Other than that the Apartments are a great place to raise a family!!"

"I haven't moved to the complex yet. However, when I called for information, the person on the other end of the line was very professional, friendly, and competent. I am going to view the apartments on Friday because I feel like they might work for my family. After reviewing the pictures, I believe it will be fine. I will write more to my review after viewing them in person."

"I lived here for a year just because they were going to make me pay $1, 500 to break my lease. The place was dirty when I moved in. Very unprofessional. Talk bad about you and other renters to other people. Very defensive. Maintenance is about the only good thing there. They refuse to spray outside for fleas when my pet never went outside yet he had fleas so bad. Wont talk to you in a office if you have a problem, they make you talk about it in front of everyone including other renters. If you complain about too much they call you a problem. They go into your place without giving you notice. I complained several times about people being too loud they always threatened to kick them out but never did anything. I am beyond happy to be out of there. I will NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone ... DO NOT LIVE Here!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!"
