"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. It was numerous phone calls to set up the case. Then after I paid them I had to call over a dozen times to get them to do anything. I spent more time arguing with the secretary, Jo, than anything else. She likes to act like she knows all about the case but can’t remember any details, and will cut you off when you refresh her memory. She will do things I did not tell her to do and not do other things that was paid for. There billing is the worst I have ever seen. It’s like I’m working with a new business that does not know what they are doing. I have called and emailed over 30 times and have only talked to a layer twice for under a minute. After waiting to go to trial for three months I asked when the trial date is and Jo had know idea what I’m talking about. The last time we spoke she criticized me for wanting to go through with the case and would schedule it. Absolutely unprofessional."
