"Been coming here for 3 years. Recently they ran out of my medication and failed to notify me until I went to refill. Luckily I refill my prescriptions 2 days early. Life saving medicine should ALWAYS be in stock. Update: The new pharmacist, L****, is a very rude pharmacist and judgemental of medicine you take. I've been here for 4 years and take the same medicine for 11 years, he acted as if I was a criminal or addicted to drugs. Clear violation of my HIPAA rights. He also was shouting to everyone including patients behind me that my medicine is no longer able to be picked up within 2 days because of the medication I'm on. Horrible pharmacist. Needs a serious talking to or be removed from his job. And zero customer service skills."

"On a good note seems all Walgreens have the same appearance and atmosphere depending on the workers. Most the time there workers are helpful and with good vibes. Once in a while just like anywhere u go u get someone that's having a bad day or something along that sort but that is once in a great while. Honestly i go and look at the sports card pack and what not they have for sale cuz some have different varieties and I'm a collector. The Lincoln county Walgreens is the only one I have seen so far that always has just like 1 pack maybe for sale at a time and it's not the best one either but workers are friendly always."

"Walgreens, Walgreens, Walgreens, I dropped off a prescription 4 days before I needed it. Everyday I was told it would be ordered and I would have it ready the next day. I went to pick it up on the fourth day....I couldn't wait any longer. I was told that the medication was in sitting on the counter. Their computer kept stating it was out of stock and they couldn't fill the script because the computer still listed it is as out of stock. They didn't know when the problem would be resolved. I had to go to the provider to pick up samples. Seems like I should have been told this was a computer glitch not an out of stock issue. I am glad I don't need medication regularly. If I needed a script regularly I certainly wouldn't go to Walgreens!"

"Over the years the customer service specifically from the pharmacy has significantly deteriorated. Employees such as Denisha and Xayalie whom I’ve had the displeasure of encountering while trying to simply pick up a prescription have the most disgusting attitudes and customer service. I waited in the pharmacy drive thru for over 20 minutes without a simple acknowledgment, and when the two women finally came up to the window they’re huffing and puffing as if I’m in the wrong for picking up my medicine. If these two young ladies are truly this vexed with their jobs then perhaps this isn’t the correct job for them. Below average customer service should never be tolerated."
