"Visited on 3/3/24 at 11:30 am. The employees were bickering over something that happened at a nearby bar. The middle aged black woman with the braids was rude and unhelpful and would not assist me in retrieving a purse from the top shelf because she was so engaged in the bickering. The other had red dreadlocks and light colored eyes. She started the bickering and mugged me the entire time I was there."

"Since retiring a few years ago, this is one of my go to shops, either in person or online. Great clothes for a great price!"

"As a first time customer I shopped at the location in Overland and purchased a couple of bodysuits. At the time of purchase there was no verbal disclosure that the sale of bodysuits is final...never would have bought them considering the fact that there's not even any changing rooms. It was actually the store manager that rang me out and she was going off cussing about someone stealing some things. No verbal disclosure. It wasn't until I went to do the return that I found out this policy. And the store manager wasn't in that day but the kind lady working at the time said she would be back Sunday. Fast forward to today and I call to see if she could potentially work with me on a refund, maybe even just doing a store credit. She said no and said that she would have told me and then hung up on me. There was no need for her to be rude. I will not be back."

"I always take my time when I’m in this store. The clothes are fun to look through. They have everything a women could want. They also have a large plus size section. They always have good clearance items also."

"The manager so very rude to me because the employee could not get a dress down off the mannequin that was on the top shelf. I told the employee don't worry about if she couldn't get the outfit off the mannequin. Next the 3 mannequin fell off the top shelf and the manager started yelling at me saying that I should not have asked her employee to get the dress off of the mannequin. I even told the employee don't worry about the dress especially she was having problems getting the dress. The employee didn't even say anything. I feel like the manager was very wrong for yelling at me. I always shop at rainbow, but this will be my last time going to rainbow. I feel like this manager needs to go to a anger management program. Employee should never be rude to any customers. This manager need to lose her job for being rude. I have feelings too. That really upset me. This happened on Saturday June 10th around 5 pm."
