"Debt collector. That's not the reason I'm giving them a single star though. I was in a car wreck and have missed 2 weeks of work so far but according to the rude front desk associate, they don't allow for a payment to be skipped or to be added on to another month. How am I going to make a payment if I'm missing work due to serious injuries from a car wreck? Absolutely no empathy from these people."

"Scott and Felicia are excellent tax lien advisors. He spends time educating, offering reasonably priced services and managing the entire process from start to end. Highly impressed with the customer service and skill of this office."

"Very difficult to make payment arrangements. Only options are mailing it (and the mail service hasn't been great) or dropping it in a drop box at their location where you can't confirm receipt with a live person. Those options are difficult for anyone that isn't mobile or have a vehicle. The payment options are high for a family trying to make ends meet but still want to pay what they are able to within their means. They refused to look into a work comp claim that work comp is saying was paid. It's also funny to me that they flag every negative review as a conflict of interest."

"Receptionist is pleasant and provided all the information possible. Law firm did not provide correct amount in papers that were served. They assume that you will know that they attempted to serve you multiple times and that you will have to make payment for penalties not listed in the papers that you are served. People with further information on the status of my payment provided almost a week prior were in meetings or on vacation during my call."

"I would not pay any money to this law firm they are indeed debt collectors but get paid out a percentage of what they can get out of you no negotiation and very hard to get payments in to them if you decide to do payments. Drop off only. I advise anyone to fight back with an attorney. The office workers are rude and do not know how to get information out correctly on how to get this resolved. Extremely hard to deal with when it comes to payments. This place is a joke As well, the system in place in Missouri for healthcare."
